Gratitude Jar

We choose which thoughts and feelings we grow.


A gratitude jar is a place to focus and write down good feelings and thoughts—things we love and appreciate. This exercise teaches how powerful our minds are. It can turn any negative mindset into a happier one by practising every day. We are what we focus on.


HOW TO:

1. Find a jar

2. Decorate it as you wish

3. Find a safe space for it

4. Decided what time you'll write something each day

5. Leave spare paper and pens next to it

6. Write down what you're grateful for each day!
